How to Disable a Phone and Wipe of EasyBadge Data

To remove a paired device from the list of paired devices in our EasyBadge software follow these simple steps,

1. Click the phone icon on the tool bar, then the devices list button

2. Double click the name of the device you want to remove.

3. Un-tick the “Enable button and if required click the Wipe button to remotely remove data from the app.

4. Click “yes” to confirm the data wipe.
