Using the Bureau Dashboard

This topic details how to use the EasyBadge Bureau Dashboard

 

To access the Bureau Dashboard you will need the Bureau version of EasyBadge, at least one EasyBadge database that you will use to print data from and also to have issues some pairing codes to customers who are going to send ID card data to you for printing.

 

1. To load the Bureau Dashboard click the menu button top left of the program window and select Bureau > Dashboard

 

 

2.  Enter the password that has been set (default is Username = Supervisor, Password = Supervisor) and click ‘OK’

 

 

3. Once you are logged into the Bureau Dashboard you can easily see which customers have submitted ID card print data to your ID card printing service.

 

On the left is a list of the all the database on the current Bureau Dashboard, you can also change the view to only show database’s with pending updates. Click ‘Open Database’ to load any of the database that you want to view.

 

 

5. Once you have loaded a database that has pending print data click the phone icon on the tool bar.

 

 

6. From the Cloud page click the Cloud icon to download all pending print data to your local database.

 

 

7.  Once the data has downloaded successfully the cloud view will change to notify you and this will have a time stamp.

 

 

8. If you right click the pale green band at the top of the dashboard you can access the email alert settings so set how often your bureau receives email updates.

 

 

9. To manage who can access different Dashboards you can click the menu button top left and select Manage Dashboards. Search for the Manage Dashboard topic for more information on how to use these functions.
