IDP Smart 70 + 51 Creating a log file for troubleshooting problems

Smart 70

1. Please let us know the file name in your zip file which our SDK function is called.

 

2. Please send me that part and the DLL log.

* How to get the log file for DLL

1. Copy SmartComm70.ini file to ‘c:\’(I attached it)
2. Make a folder 'c:\SmartLog'
2. Quit the application which calls SmartComm70.dll.
3. Restart the application
If Directory is 'c:\' and Windows 7 or higher, you can make the log file to execute the application as 'Administrator mode'.
 Log file Form : SmartComm2-YYYYMM.log in the 'c:\SmartLog' folder


Smart 51


1. To analyze the issue in detail, our R&D center needs a DLL log.

 If the EasyBadge uses our smartcomm2.dll, it can make a DLL log.

 Please get and send me the DLL log after the replacement of the new DLL.
