If network firmware is old version (1.8.039). Please update it to the latest version at the following download link and test it again. All Smart printer models have same network firmware files.

2. Find out details if VLANs are being used..

- What is the difference between the normal intra network and your VLAN network?
If possible, please draw a network diagram.
3. Please clarify the connection between the printer, the router and the PC.
- Find out the IP, subnet mask, Gateway address of the printer, router and PC.
