EasyBadge - Records not downloading

If some records appear on the app page but to not download you can right click on the grey cloud icon next to the download listing of  the download and redownload.

1. Click Phone icon (app page) on tool bar in EasyBadge

2. Look for download that has not downloaded in list of previous downloads

3. Right click on grey cloud icon next to download listing

4. Select 'Mark as Unprocessed'

5. Records you now show up and ready to download, there will be a number on the cloud button indicating records can be downloaded.
