Evolis Printhead Warranty Guide

In order to maintain the printhead warranty for an Evolis printer, the end user must keep in line with the cleaning schedule. 


This is different for the different models. We should always recommend to a customer that they should run a cleaning cycle on the printer every time they replace the ribbon which would make sure that the printhead warranty is kept in check as none of the ribbons have enough prints to exceed this in one go. 




There is a final warning before the end user can proceed to carry on printing and void their warranty. This mean that if you have printed 1200 cards on a Primacy, you can still clean the printer and keep it inline with the warranty. Just 1 card over and that is then voided.
