Primacy 2 Appears Offline

If you're having issues connecting to your Evolis Primacy 2 in Evolis Premium Suite 2, check that the status on the printer isn't disabled. 


Click on the arrow and then the green icon. 





If the status shows as disabled then you will need to run the below in Command Prompt or PowerShell. 


cd C:\Program Files\Evolis Card Printer 2\Evolis Premium Suite 2\tools


evocom -p"Evolis Primacy 2" Pps;1



This may take a couple of attempts but once it responds with "OK", check that the status is now set to ready.
