How to do zero suppress and remove leading zero's in EasyBadge

Modified on Tue, 31 Mar 2020 at 11:35 AM

“zero suppress” can be done in EasyBadge the following way by adding a function to the barcode or text object to remove leading zeros that are present in the data.

1. Open up your Card Design by Clicking the Change a Design button, you will then get the option to Edit an Existing design or Create a new design. Select the appropriate option.

2. Click on the ‘A’ Text box or barcode you want to use the zero suppress function on so you can see  the properties on the right hand panel. In this example the field with ‘StaffNumber’ is formatted  [Int(StaffNumber)]  turning 00012345  into 12345 when displayed on the card design.

Below is the zero suppress working.
