Export records in your EasyBadge database to a csv file

This article demonstrates how to export your EasyBadge records to a CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. 

 

1.  Click the Main Menu button (3 lines top left)

2. Select Import & Export from Menu

3. Click ‘To CSV File’

 

 

4. Choose the columns you want to export by ticking them, click OK.

 

 

5. Browse to a folder where the export needs to be stored, give it a name and click save.

 

 

You will then be able to open up the CSV file in Excel.

 

If you have a large database and need to export a list of specific records to csv file  first use the filter option before you run the export.

 

Click Menu Button (3 lines top left) >Create Filter to create a filter to select records with a certain criteria.
