Issues with Print output on IDP Smart printer

If you have an IDP Smart Printer and the printed card does not match the preview on screen or you are having issues with special print features like UV , smart Mark please try the following…

 

 

1. Click the menu button ( 3 lines top left)

 

 

2. Selected Settings ( at the bottom of the list)

 

 

 

3. On the “Printing” page make sure “IDP Printer Prints” is set to “Force Windows Driver”. Click OK to confirm the change and try to reprint the card.

 


4. You can also try to enable IDP DCL Mode.
