Photo upload button in app not working in EasyBadge

If the photo upload button does not work in the EasyBadge app it is nearly always because there is no image field or the field is there but it is not set to ‘send to cloud’.

 

To Add an Image field to your database do the following.

 

1. Click the menu button in the top left of the EasyBadge Program window.  cid:image001.jpg@01D2B201.1051BF70

 

2. Click Add Field.

4. Select “Picture of card holder” and click the “create” button.

5. Name field as ‘Image’ and Click ‘OK’.

 

 

6. Your Database will need to close and re-open, click ‘OK’.

Now you can add the Images and capture photos using the webcam, app or manually loading them.

 

You also need to click Main Menu button > Modify Database > Modify Field and make sure the Image field setting ‘send to cloud’ is set to true.. Click save to complete the change.
