Magicard Information for Troubleshoot

Go in your “Startup Menu” on your PC “ ”, Type “Control Panel” 



Open “Control Panel” and Go in “Hardware and Sound”, click on “View Devices and Printer



You will see your Magicard Printer icon, Right click on it,


Once you open “Printer Preferences” Go in “Printer Status






Once you open “Printer Status”, Please open each tab and send me the screenshot of “Details”, “Statistics” and “Cleaning”, Make sure your printer status is connected.


Can you please confirm the cards type you are using?

Can you please confirm the software you are using?

Are you using original power supply?
