IDP Smart 21 is not online

1. Click on the "three lines" button on the top-left of EasyBadge interface. 



2. From the opened menu, choose settings...


3. In the EASYBADGE Global Setting  choose Printing. 



4. On the IDP Printer Prints dropdown box choose Force Windows driver instead of the default (Automaticall choose SDK or Windows driver). 



5. Click the OK button to compete settings. The issue should go away.
