Swift Pro K30/60 Core Isolation patch / fix

Use this patch / fix once the original driver has been installed with Core Isolation disabled.  Check printer driver is installed OK and the printer is working. Then it is possible to re-enable Core Isolation.

USB driver update tool is used for updating your USB driver.

This tool package consists of many files.

Do not change folder structure in this tool package.


If you want to use the printer driver, please install the printer driver by CD-ROM first.

Then, update the USB driver by using this tool.


To run this tool, click "Setup.exe".


If you want to use the driver, after this tool is completed, please power on the printer.

Then, restart this computer manually after a few minutes.

Thereby, USB driver update is applied to the printer driver.

Requirements:


This tool runs under the following environments.

*Microsoft Windows 11

*Microsoft Windows 10 32bit / 64bit

Usage notes:


Please confirm the following before using this tool.


*Power off the printer.

*Please exit all Windows applications that are running and wait until all documents are printed.


*Make sure to save any opening files.

 The old USB driver will be uninstalled if it has been installed.

 This tool will restart this computer, after uninstalling the old USB driver.

-With printer off, run the exe in the new core isolation patch and follow the prompts which to auto restart the PC

-Then power up the printer and wait a couple of minutes before restarting the PC a 2nd time to complete the procedure

-Finally, navigate back to Core Isolation to enable it

 

If all completed successfully, you will notice your printer is no longer detected as the old CX-7000 but as K30_WinUSB U1 as shown in the example below (mine is a K60 which I tested with).
