Zebra ZC10L Removing white edge from card

Modified on Mon, 19 Dec 2022 at 09:38 AM

This article demonstrates the steps to adjust printing offsets on the ZC10L Large-format Card Printer to remove unwanted white edge or visible borders from the trailing edge of the printed card surface.

Misalignment of the colour and/or black panels may cause improper colouring causing unwanted white edge on printed surface (as shown). Proceed to adjust the offset values in the ZC10L driver accordingly.

  1. On your PC, navigate to Devices and Printers.
  2. Click the ZC10L, then right-click and select Printer Preferences.
  3. In the Paper tab, change the Print top offset[Y] to -14.

  4. Click OK when done.
  5. Test print. The unwanted white edge is no longer visible on the printed card.
