Records appear as 'Unassigned' when imported via the app.

Records appear as 'Unassigned' like the screenshot below when I try to upload via the app.



To resolve this issue, firstly make sure you are on the latest version of EasyBadge by going to:


Settings > Updates


Or download the latest installer from the link below:


https://www.easybadge.com/support/download?file=EasyBadgeSystem-Setup.exe


Once you have the latest version of EasyBadge, disconnect and then reconnect the device(s) that are struggling to upload records.


After performing both of these steps, the issue should now be resolved.
